You can ship it in its original box, or to save money, feel free to repackage it in a smaller box. We will confirm receipt of your dress via email within two days of your dress arriving at the studio. At that point we will set up your phone consultation to review the plans and details of your order.
Make sure to include the first and last name (the same one used to place your online order) on the outside or inside of your dress shipment! Your order number is also helpful but not required.
*Due to COVID-19 related shipping delays, our team recommends that you ship your wedding dress to us via FedEx or UPS.
Return Shipping Expect your return shipment from us through UPS (unless you have a P.O. Box). You'll receive tracking information via email once your Collection has shipped. Most shipments arrive between 3-5 business days, although inclement weather can cause further delay.
Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at this time.

Overall, my experience with Unbox the Dress was great! The staff was responsive and helpful whether I reached out by phone or email I hoped to have 27 angel ornaments made for my mother's children and grandchildren (my mom passed away right before COVID and I found her dress in her closet this past Spring). In the end we had 18 angel ornaments (given to children & grandchildren) and 9 heart shaped ornaments (given to great grandchildren). They turned out so beautiful and everybody was very pleased to receive them. So happy that my friend told me about Unbox the Dress!
