Unbox the Dress Customers - Getting Started

After placing your order for dress redesign, you are responsible for shipping your dress to:

You can ship your dress in its original box or to save money, feel free to repackage the dress, veil and any bridal accessories into a smaller box.

We will confirm receipt of your dress via email within two days of your dress arriving at the Studio.  We will then schedule your personal phone consultation with our Customer Care Specialist to review your redesign plan, answer any questions and go over the design details of your order. 

Please make sure to include the first and last name (the same one used to place your online order) on the outside or inside of your dress shipment! Your order number is also helpful but not required. 

*Due to COVID-19 related shipping delays, our team recommends that you ship and track your wedding dress to us via FedEx or UPS. 

For Receipt of Unbox Products

Look for your return shipment from us through UPS (unless you have a P.O. box). You'll receive tracking information via email once your customized redesign products have shipped from our Studio. Most shipments arrive between 3-5 business days, although inclement weather can cause further delay. 

Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at this time.
